The Fab Company is a Gower-based fitness & beauty business that offers FLexercise, Nordic Walking and Fab Walks & Adventures. It was established in 2007 by Kim Davies, who is leading [two] Gower Walking Festival walks this year.
FAB Company sessions are designed to be more than just exercise — they are about community, confidence, and taking time for yourself. Whether we’re exercising, walking around a park, exploring the dramatic coastline of the Gower or wandering the rolling trails of the Brecon Beacons, every fitness class and walk is designed to be welcoming, supportive, and enjoyable for all abilities.
