A chilled walk for women to chat about all things wellbeing in the beautiful setting of north Gower. We will walk through Whiteford Burrows to the bird hide overlooking the Loughor Estuary and return along the broad expanse of Whiteford Sands, passing the famous nineteenth-century cast iron lighthouse.
Optional but recommended café visit to finish. The walk is flat, and sandy underfoot.
