Gower Walking Festival

Behind Oxwich

Oxwich Bay is one of the most popular beaches on Gower, known for its safe bathing and stunning views. Starting and ending at Oxwich Bay, this walk also takes in the varied landscapes behind the beach. This includes the beautiful Penrice estate with its picturesque cottages, castle and 12th century church, Mill Wood, and Nicholaston Wood and Burrows.  We return via the beach and finally through Oxwich Burrows on the Wales Coastal Path.
